Carolynn had been a practicing herbalist before deciding in 2012 to go to massage school and has expanded her knowledge over the years with her love of human anatomy and healing arts. Every massage is customized to provide the best possible experience with modalities that provide relaxation, targeted deep tissue and trigger point. She has also received certification in Reiki, hot stones, cupping and kinesiology taping to name a few. Carolynn loves to combine a variety of modalities in order to achieve her clients needs and wellness goals for their massage.

My massage sessions are purposed to create a sanctuary where people can retreat and find healing regardless of their emotional state when they arrive. It is always my goal to hold space to provide  the potential of self reflection, calm, peace and self care. I want their very first moment to feel like their first full breath and when they leave I want their breath to be free flowing again. People need more than ever a place to just relax 
entirely. And for those clients with chronic pain, they are seeking a friendly reliable professional who genuinely cares about their pain management. All my clients feel heard, cared for and begin to understand their own capacity for self healing. Body work is a multi-layered modality, evolving with the
clients and their needs. I combine breath work, Reiki, frequency music, massage, meditation, and work with fascia to unlock and promote health and healing on physical and spiritual level. 
My modalities include deep tissue, myofascial, stone work (both crystal and hot /cold stones), Reiki Master/teacher level, reflexology, pregnancy, trauma informed work, Swedish, cupping and any combination of above as well as body wraps and salt scrubs.
